Who is Glass Glow for?
Oily, combination and normal skin, especially skin that tans easily. If your skin is very sensitive, patch test first.

When should I use it, morning or night?
Either. Use it after cleansing, then moisturize. In the morning, always finish with SPF 30 or higher, because it contains AHA and BHA.

I'm new to acids. How should I start?
Use it 3 times a week for the first week, then build up to daily as your skin gets used to it.

Will it sting?
A light tingle for a few seconds can be normal with acids. If you feel burning or see redness that doesn't settle, rinse it off and stop using it.

Can I use it with vitamin C or retinol?
Use them at different times: for example Glass Glow in the morning and retinol at night. Don't layer strong actives together.

Is it fragrance-free?
Yes, there's no added fragrance.

How long does a bottle last?
It depends on the size. With daily use, 30 ml lasts about 1 month, 60 ml about 2 months and 120 ml about 4 months.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, on all serviceable pin codes across India.

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location (remote areas up to 10).

Can I return it?
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with something missing, message us within 48 hours with an unboxing video. For a wrong or expired product, message us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or refund it. See our Refund policy for details.
