Where we ship
We currently ship within India only, to all serviceable pin codes. You can check delivery to your pin code on the product page.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders.
When your order ships
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 pm IST or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
- Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take up to 10 working days.
- Weather, strikes or festival rush can sometimes add a few days. We will keep you updated.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Our delivery partner may call to confirm the order before delivery.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking link by email, SMS and/or WhatsApp. You can also track it from your account or by contacting us.
Address changes
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Damaged parcels
If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours (see our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy).
