At EtherealGlow, we strive to ensure you love every product you purchase from us. Due to the nature of skincare products, we have a careful return and refund policy outlined below.

1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You received a wrong product

    • You received a damaged or defective product

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on product availability

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Dropshipping Disclaimer

EtherealGlow operates on a dropshipping model, so delivery timelines may vary based on supplier and location. Minor delays in shipping do not qualify for refunds.
